Holiday Return Policy For ONLINE  Purchases Only

All ORDERS delivered between 12.09.24 - 12.24.24 can be shipped back by 01.06.24 for IN-STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE if applicable after it has been delivered. Order delivered between 12.09.24 - 12.24.24 have 7 days to ship back for a refund if applicable. See standard policy below for return requirements.

All sale items, candles, Makeup Erasers, Lapcos, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, Camp Cocktails, Tart by Taylor, Teleties, and pajamas are FINAL SALE.

Returns/Exchanges for ONLINE Purchases Only

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your online purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as reason for return/exchange. We do not refund shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping item(s) back to us as we do not provide return labels for returns. All jewelry, sunglasses, hair and other accessories are final sale. Email us at customerservice@finleysboutique.com and we will be happy to help you start your return. Refer to our "Final Sale items" to learn more about what is and what is not eligible for returns.

Exchanges/Store Credit
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer to exchange your item(s). If you need to exchange your purchase, send us an email at customerservice@finleysboutique.com and we will provide you a return label. Additionally, if you would like receive store credit for your item, we will provide a return label for your purchase. Refer to our "Final Sale items" to learn more about what is and what is not eligible for exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@finleysboutique.com.

Final Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded (online purchases)/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Additionally, all jewelry, candles, Makeup Erasers, Lapcos, sunglasses, hats, Sugarfina, Camp Cocktails, Nippies, Pjs, Swimwear and Tart by Taylor are FINAL SALE. All holiday themed items are final sale.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders FINAL SALE. We will no longer be offering pre-orders on Facebook or Instagram due to Facebook/Instagram policies. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Returns
We do not accept returns at this time. We have dressing rooms for you to try on your items to make sure they are the perfect fit.

Exchange
Our policy for in-store purchases lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as reason for return/exchange. Refer to our "Final Sale items" to learn more about what is and what is not eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all regular priced orders over $100! If your order is under $100, we charge $7.95 for standard shipping. This does exclude our annual Warehouse Sale items, FLÎKR Fire® which is calculated based on weight as well as our Sunshine Tienda Hats due to size.

We ship via USPS First Class Shipping and include tracking for all orders. We guarantee your item(s) will ship the same business day if your order is placed before 4PM EST. If your order is placed after 4PM EST or on Saturday/Sunday, it will ship the following business day. Once your item(s) are shipped, your order should arrive in 2-3 business days. However, there may be some delays due to COVID-19 and holiday delays.

Other methods are available if you need to receive your item faster. Those options will be displayed at time of checkout and vary by price.
